Weekly Roundtable — EP02: Sunday Routines, Corporate vs Startup Grind, Future of Work & AI

Another great Weekly Roundtable session today. It’s only our second session, and honestly, it couldn’t have gone better! I think everyone should definitely check it out!

It’s an unscripted, no-agenda space where amazing professionals from all walks of life come together to talk business, technology, and everything in between.

What began as a simple Sunday routine check-in quickly evolved into a fascinating conversation about how we all unwind and gear up for the week ahead, from weekend rituals like meal prepping and coffee runs to the real talk on work-life balance.

We discussed the differences between the corporate 9-to-5 grind and the startup hustle, is startup flexibility really freedom, or just a round-the-clock commitment?

Then, we dove into the future of work with AI shaking things up, from how “no-code” tools are flooding the market with clone products, to AI’s role in reshaping accountability, SEO, and even entry level jobs.

It’s incredible to see how a casual conversation can open up such important insights and spark fresh ideas.

Day 4 of 31: When the Day Slips Off Track

Some Sundays move at their own slow pace, and yesterday was one of them. I went into the weekend feeling excited to refactor a piece of code that’s been bothering me for weeks. But by Sunday evening, the work was still unfinished and instead of accepting that, I spent way too much time complaining to
