Recently, I stumbled upon a few old Zoho videos

Recently, I stumbled upon a few old Zoho videos from around 2019, including keynotes and product demos. Watching them brought back a lot of thoughts, especially around their emphasis on culture, teamwork, and work-life balance. It was refreshing to hear how they valued the importance of people not just as employees but as individuals who should avoid burnout and have a life outside of work. Back then, pre-COVID, conversations about work-life balance weren’t as common as they are now, which made their perspective ahead of its time. I started my business with the same objective then, to revolutionize the way people work, and I’m glad to discover that there were other companies that shared the same ideology at that time.

Another thing that stood out was how advanced their tools were, even then. They had already integrated impressive AI/ML features into their analytics and reporting tools, showing how forward-thinking they were.

What’s truly fascinating for me is how closely their journey aligns with what we’ve been building over the last few years. Zoho’s ecosystem feels strikingly similar to the product ecosystem we are working on, set to launch an MVP next year. The cultural values and the development approach they showcased in those videos mirror our own in many ways.

Instead of feeling intimidated by the similarities, I find it inspiring. Watching Zoho’s growth and success over the years has been amazing. While our end goals are slightly different, seeing a proven model with a similar foundation works, is incredibly motivating.

I’m looking forward to sharing more details about what we’re building soon. For now, it’s exciting to keep working.on what we believe in!

The price per 1M tokens keeps dropping, which means you can do a lot more for a lot less. So the old excuse of 'I don't have the budget to use AI in my business' is quickly disappearing.

Some Sundays move at their own slow pace, and yesterday was one of them. I went into the weekend feeling excited to refactor a piece of code that’s been bothering me for weeks. But by Sunday evening, the work was still unfinished and instead of accepting that, I spent way too much time complaining to
