Drupal is something that holds a special place in my heart.

My journey with Drupal began when I joined a new company in IT, after leaving my previous role at the time. It was a time of great learning and growth at a fast phase. I was exposed to cutting-edge technologies, advanced infrastructures, and the opportunity to collaborate with international teams. These experiences helped me develop not only as a professional but also as an individual.

However, it wasn’t all smooth sailing. During my time there, I witnessed firsthand how poor corporate structures and organizational processes could really impact one’s professional and personal life. I mean really really impact. Probably a story for another day.

These experiences lit a spark in me, a determination to create something better. Seven years ago, I founded my own company with a promise to myself and my team, to build a workplace that values transparency, with a culture of respect, collaboration, and more importantly, the flexibility of balancing your personal life with your work, and to never let my team endure the challenges I faced.

To this day, I am grateful for all the people, memories, both good and bad, that have pushed me to where I am today.

Some Sundays move at their own slow pace, and yesterday was one of them. I went into the weekend feeling excited to refactor a piece of code that’s been bothering me for weeks.
